Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the event of high order volumes, processing may be delayed; customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Shipping Methods and Timelines
Standard delivery timelines typically range between 4–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen courier or regional constraints.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and courier service. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified value as per ongoing promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the courier system.
5. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the product may be returned to Soshoku Home Elements. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
In case of damage or loss during transit, customers must contact Soshoku within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details. The team will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
