Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The return request is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Important: A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or wrong-product claim. Without valid unboxing video proof, the return request may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used, altered, or intentionally damaged products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Customised or personalised products, unless received damaged or incorrect.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us by phone or email within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Share your order details, complete unboxing video, and photos of the product/packaging if requested.
  • Once approved, follow the return instructions provided by Soshoku Home Elements.
  • The product must be returned unused, with its original packaging and accessories.

5. Replacement & Refund

  • For an approved return, we will first try to provide a replacement.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value.
  • If a replacement or suitable alternative is not available, a refund may be provided.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from Soshoku Home Elements.

6. Important Note

Please record a continuous video while opening your package. This video is mandatory for any claim regarding damage, defects, or incorrect products.

Claims without valid unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
