Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request a cancellation within 12–24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The product delivered is incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 3–7 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Personal care, hygiene items, or customised products.

3. Return Process

Customers must raise a return request via email or phone with photo/video proof. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Soshoku.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are processed only for damaged or incorrect items and only if the replacement product is available. If not available, a refund will be issued.
